Hot lemon water

Grapefruit juice
One glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice equals one of your five a day. At the start, it will taste sour but it definitely gets you up in the morning.

Best to take when you have a low dip in the day. Just mix ginger, apple and the juice of 2 lemons in your vitamix until liquidly and drink in one go. Just like any shot, it’s best to rip of the band aid as it’s quite sour. However the apple should add some sweetness.
